The use of family labor in beef cattle cultivation (case in women farmer groups receiving beef cattle assistance in Bengkulu)

Beef cattle cultivation is a side job for farmers which carried out by family labor and the incomes are used to finance various needs of farmers’ family. This study aims determine use in beef livestock sales. The research was from October 2020 April 2021 two Women Farmers Groups (WFG) Bengkulu City Seluma Regency who received assistance government. Data were analyzed descriptively. results showed that general, jointly man women with allocation 39.59%. In intensive farming, more dominant activities amounting 46.25%, while semi-intensive farming (41.06%). income sale mainly children's education expenses buying vehicles (91.67% each), building or renovating houses (87.50%), feeder (79.17%). For development farmer group, it necessary consider system before determining target recipient program. WFG suitable systems.
